Can I enquire before making a referral?
Yes. You can ask about support, availability and suitability before deciding whether to make a referral. An enquiry does not confirm or reserve a placement.
Can I ask about mentoring?
Yes. We can discuss mentoring on its own or alongside teaching, depending on the learner’s needs and the provision available.
Can schools and professionals contact you?
Yes. Please include your organisation, your role and a brief outline of the support you are exploring. Detailed learner records can be discussed through an agreed information-sharing route.
Can I request your policies?
Yes. All our policies, including safeguarding policies, are available on request. Open the contact form and name the policy or topic you would like information about.
