7. Parent and Carer Enquiries
When parents or carers contact us, we may collect contact details and information about the child or young person requiring support. This allows us to respond to enquiries and discuss suitable provision.

9. Tutor Recruitment
When tutors or staff apply to work with Reconnect Learning, we may collect information including CVs, qualifications, employment history, references, DBS information, right to work checks, training records and safer recruitment documents.
This information is used to assess suitability and ensure safer recruitment standards are followed.
10. Safeguarding Records
Safeguarding records are treated as highly confidential. Where there is a safeguarding concern, we may share relevant information with appropriate agencies, including schools, local authorities, social care, the police, LADO, MASH or other safeguarding professionals.
