1. About Reconnect Learning

Reconnect Learning provides educational support services including, but not limited to:

• Alternative Provision
• Home Tuition
• Online Learning
• Functional Skills Support
• GCSE Support
• SEND and EHCP Support
• Mentoring and Wellbeing Programmes
• Attendance and Reintegration Support
• Parent and School Support Services

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, making a referral, booking services or otherwise engaging with Reconnect Learning, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services

Reconnect Learning will make reasonable efforts to provide services as described on our website and within any agreed service arrangements.

Services may be delivered:

• Face-to-face
• Online
• At home
• Within schools
• At community venues

All services remain subject to availability, staffing and suitability assessments where required.

4. Referrals and Assessments

Information provided during referrals must be accurate and complete.

Reconnect Learning reserves the right to decline referrals where:

• Appropriate support cannot be provided safely
• Required information has not been disclosed
• Risk assessments identify significant concerns
• The requested provision falls outside our expertise

5. Safeguarding

Reconnect Learning places safeguarding at the centre of all services.

Any safeguarding concerns identified during provision may be shared with relevant agencies in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy and statutory guidance.

Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where there are concerns regarding the safety or welfare of a child, young person or vulnerable individual.

6. Attendance and Participation

Parents, carers, schools and commissioning organisations are responsible for ensuring learners are available and ready to participate in scheduled sessions.

Reconnect Learning reserves the right to review provision where persistent non-attendance occurs.

7. Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice will not be charged.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.
• Failure to attend a booked session without notice may result in the full session fee being charged.

Exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

8. Fees and Payments

Fees will be agreed before services commence.

Invoices are payable within the timescales specified on the invoice.

Reconnect Learning reserves the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid.

Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed in advance.

9. Tutor and Staff Changes

Reconnect Learning reserves the right to change tutors, mentors or staff members where necessary due to operational requirements, safeguarding considerations, sickness, availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Use the website for fraudulent purposes
• Copy or reproduce content without permission

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, resources, documents and materials produced by Reconnect Learning remain the intellectual property of Reconnect Learning unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

12. Data Protection

Personal information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

Reconnect Learning will take reasonable care in delivering services.

We aim to resolve concerns fairly, promptly and professionally.
