We build programmes around learners — not learners around programmes
A referral may begin with attendance, confidence, qualifications, behaviour, SEND, wellbeing or future progression.
Effective planning requires us to understand the wider picture: what the learner has experienced, what is preventing progress, what strengths can be built upon and what a successful next step should look like.
Our flagship programmes therefore operate as flexible building blocks. They can provide a focused intervention or be combined into a wider alternative provision, EOTAS, education re-engagement or reintegration package.
