Reconnect Learning develops and reviews its policies with reference to relevant legislation, statutory guidance, safeguarding expectations and recognised professional standards. Written policies are supported by operational procedures, training, record keeping, supervision and review.
Policy Review
Policies are reviewed according to their review cycle and sooner where relevant legislation, statutory guidance, organisational practice, risk or learning from an incident requires an earlier update.
Document control helps ensure staff, commissioners and other stakeholders can identify the current approved version.
