Reconnect Learning is interested in hearing from experienced tutors, teachers, mentors and education professionals who can support children and young people through personalised alternative provision, 1:1 tuition, SEND support, EBSNA support and educational re-engagement.
We look for skilled, reliable and safeguarding-aware professionals who can combine strong teaching with patience, consistency, clear boundaries and an understanding of barriers to education.
Why Work With Us

We recruit tutors and education professionals who understand that successful alternative provision is about more than subject knowledge. Strong practice also requires consistency, professional curiosity, accurate reporting, safeguarding awareness and the ability to build trust without lowering expectations.
