Learners referred to Reconnect Learning may have experienced persistent absence, EBSNA, SEND, SEMH needs, exclusion risk, disrupted education or difficulty accessing mainstream provision.

We therefore recruit professionals who can combine strong teaching or mentoring practice with patience, adaptability, professional curiosity, consistency and clear safeguarding boundaries.

Teachers should be confident adapting teaching around individual starting points, SEND, attendance barriers and agreed outcomes.

Primary Education

Primary Teacher

Deliver personalised primary education for children requiring additional, temporary or alternative provision outside the mainstream classroom.

Experience supporting SEND, emotional needs, attendance barriers or disrupted education is particularly valuable.
